Day 7: Your Online Order Is On Its Way!
Many of you reached out to us to check if we could still deliver during this Movement Control Order (MCO) period as you truly needed replenishment of your daily essentials during this period.
As we got clarity that e-commerce is listed as an essential service under the Regulations pertaining to the MCO and as such, our e-commerce operations is able to continue to operate during this period.
We then got the team together and worked out the best way to fulfill the orders whilst taking measures in ensuring the safety of our team, our courier partners and your parcels.
These measures include but not limited to:-
- Consolidating our online orders and only sending them out on a few key dates to minimise the risk of exposure to our team members during this period.
- Assigning only minimal team members to do the packing of orders while the other team members continue to #workfromhome to minimise physical interaction with one another.
- Sanitising the common surfaces of the business premise regularly including the packing area and reception.
There are a handful of orders we could not fulfil as they are pre-ordered items or inventory only available at our retail store at 1 Utama Shopping Mall which unfortunately isn’t accessible during this MCO period.
For orders placed between 23 Mar to 26 Mar, we will send them out on 27 Mar.
