Diffuser Cleaning & Maintenance Guide
Cleaning the diffuser:
Before cleaning the externally exposed parts of your diffuser, always turn the power off on the product and remove plug from outlet and the diffuser. Do not clean the diffuser while it is plugged in to an electrical source.
- Unplug your diffuser so it is not connected to any electrical source.
- Remove the cover from product.
- If your diffuser has a ripple cover, detach it.
- Use a soft cloth or clean swab to clean the unit and transducer. Transducer should be kept clean of mineral deposits and other debris for optimal misting. Never use any sharp objects to clean the transducer.
Some essential oils such as orange or vetiver may cause discolouration to the plastic of the bowl. Note that this does not affect diffusion, but to keep your diffuser looking new, clean the bowl more frequently if you are using dark coloured oils.
