My son bought this shampoo bar for me. After using less than half of the bar, I found that it works wonders for my scalp ( I have minor seborrheic dermatitis). So I ordered another 2 bars to ensure I have continuous supply
The smell is calming and it jives well with the scalp but not quite for the tip of the hair, especially if your hair is long and have been dyed and bleached. The frizzy outcome is bad because it totally dries up the ends even though you’ve applied lots of conditioner during the wash and it stays frizzy for days. Perhaps it’s excellent for short hair. But if we are talking about the scalp part, it’s the best hair product I’ve ever come across. You can stay clean and fresh for days without washing.
I love the smell as it's very calming, and it lathered up great. However, perhaps it's made for sensitive skin, my hair had this waxy dry texture when I rinse it off with water, had to use regular conditioner after shampoo. It leaves my hair a bit oily after shower, but it feels fresh and soft later that day & the next day (I wash my hair every other day), so I am fine with it since they were not as bad as usual when using my regular shampoo :) The seller did tell me to dry it out after use, but it does shrinks way to easily.
I used this shampoo bar for kids, they love the essential oil smells! Hope theolivetree can come up with new shampoo for pregnant lady!
