Terms & Conditions for Same Day Delivery

The following terms & conditions apply:-

1. For orders paid before 11 am, delivery will be made on the same day between 1 pm - 6 pm. For orders paid after 11 am, delivery will be made on the next day. 

2. Please select same day delivery option at the checkout. The option will be available once your cart reached min purchase of RM250.

3. These areas are excluded from same day delivery coverage:-

a. Rawang
b. Semenyih
c. Port Klang
d. Kapar
e. Hulu Langat
f. Banting
g. Telok Panglima Garang
h. Bangi
i. Cyberjaya
j. Putrajaya
k. Sepang

4. Please ensure that the recipient is around to accept the delivery. Additional charges will be incurred for second delivery attempt.

5. The Olive Tree reserves the right to cancel the order if we receive a delivery request that falls within the areas excluded above.
